ABOUT US

We really are different. So what sets us apart from the rest?

Our training, our skills and our approach.

We trained and worked at City of London based, truly international law firms; and we work to that standard at this firm. We take the time to thoroughly review our clients' matters and our preparation is meticulous. Each client is afforded frequent communication and exceptional professional service.

We are dual-qualified English solicitors, regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority of England and Wales and Cypriot Advocates, regulated by the Cyprus Bar Association; so we practise English law as well as Cypriot law.  This is a huge benefit to our clients as deals and arrangements in Cyprus can have an English law as well as a Cypriot law nexus. There are instances when parties in Cyprus can choose the type of law governing their contract.  We can discuss on occasions when you may want to consider English law instead of Cypriot law and vice versa.

As well as being a dual-qualified practice, we are all bilingual Modern Greek and English speakers so you can trust that the lawyer in contact with you will not delegate your matter to others but will be the one working on your matter with you until its conclusion. Your lawyer will have the required linguistic skills to personally represent you in Greek in the Cypriot courts and to government departments and to communicate effectively with your counterparties. We are the only English/Cypriot dual-regulated practice in Cyprus we are aware of that is able to proclaim this.

Clients who instruct us notice the difference immediately. Our lawyers' background details are below and our practice areas can be read here. Should you require legal assistance, do not hesitate to contact us by either sending us a message or by calling us on the number at the bottom of the page.
